Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Yuanqi Fort Bureau LLC, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and smooth transaction process for all our customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make checkout easy. These include:

  • Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Accelerated Checkout Options (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • PayPal

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, direct bank transfers, or money orders.

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. To ensure your order is processed without delay, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • Address Verification: Your billing address must perfectly match the address associated with your payment method. Discrepancies may result in your payment being declined by your bank or flagged by our fraud prevention system.

  • Updates: You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

3. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices listed on our store are in USD (United States Dollars).

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

  • If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card provider will determine the exact exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction fees. Yuanqi Fort Bureau LLC is not responsible for these additional charges.

4. Taxes and Duties

  • Domestic Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax laws.

  • International Orders: For international shipments, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by your destination country. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout (e.g., DHL Express), you may have the option to prepay these duties. Otherwise, all customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Cancellations and Refusals

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. If an order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

6. Secure Processing

All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and are never stored on our servers.
