Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and accelerated checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? We process orders very quickly (usually within 1 to 2 business days). If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at Contact@YuanqiFort.shop immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Are my payment details secure? Absolutely. Our store is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

  • International Shipping: Transit times are calculated at checkout based on the carrier (DHL Express or USPS) and your destination.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to over 233 countries and territories worldwide. International shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Please note that for some carriers, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? No! We are proud to offer free return shipping for all eligible returns, and we never charge restocking fees.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, simply email us at Contact@YuanqiFort.shop with your order number. Once approved, we will send you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Can I exchange an item? The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
