At Yuanqi Fort Bureau LLC, we strive to ensure that our online inventory is as accurate and up-to-date as possible so you can shop with confidence. This policy outlines how we handle product availability, stockout situations, and inventory errors.

1. Product Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate stock quantities. If an item is available to add to your cart, it is generally in stock and ready to ship according to our standard processing times.

2. Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked as "Out of Stock" or "Sold Out" on the product page, and you will not be able to add it to your cart. We frequently restock popular items, so please check back later or contact us if you would like an estimate on when a specific product will return.

3. Backorders & Pre-Orders

At this time, we only sell items that are currently in stock at our fulfillment centers. We do not accept backorders for items that are out of stock.

If we ever offer a "Pre-Order" for an upcoming product, it will be clearly labeled on the product page along with the estimated shipping date.

4. Inventory Errors

While we use advanced inventory management systems, occasional discrepancies can occur due to simultaneous orders or system syncing delays.

If you place an order for an item that is unexpectedly out of stock:

We will notify you via email as quickly as possible.
We will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item.
If your order contains other items that are in stock, we will ship those items to you without delay and only refund the unavailable product.

5. Order Limits

To ensure fairness and give all our customers a chance to purchase high-demand items, Yuanqi Fort Bureau LLC reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain items that can be purchased per person, per household, or per order. We will notify you if such limits are applied to your order.
